Maintaining and developing whanaungatanga through digital technology

“E kimi ana i ngā kāwai i toro ki tawhiti. Seek to establish relationships to rediscover yourself.” Genae Thompson of Poutawa Digital joined us for a workshop about whanaungatanga in the digital space and took us on a journey of how communication and relationship building has evolved over the generations. Taking the momentum of our current situation where we have found ourselves operating in increasingly digital spaces, Genae shared her personal journey of founding Poutawa Digital and gave us some practical tools and advice to help us connect with whānau, colleagues, and tauira should we find ourselves in this situation for a while longer.
