15 Jan Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette
Knowing how to make a basic vinaigrette for salads is one of the best skills a home cook can have. Happily, this is as easy as combining olive oil and vinegar in a jar, adding some salt and fresh-cracked black pepper, and then giving that jar a shake. You barely even need a recipe.
- ½ cup of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of fresh cracked black pepper
- Throw everything into a jar and screw the lid on tight. Shake shake shake.
- Test on a piece of salad leaf and tweak to taste.
