The Public Health Summer School offers practical 1–2 day courses to anyone who wants to develop their knowledge and skills. It has been providing this training for over 20 years and has grown to become the largest and longest running summer school of its type in the Southern Hemisphere.

There are 24 courses on offer including 12 new topics on a range of important areas from COVID-19 to ENDS and Smokefree 2025 to countering disinformation and more. Plus many of our ever-popular courses are back including Hauora Māori, Pacific health, epidemiology and health research methods.
