Kuruho Wereta of Kura Rēhia co-created Kaupapa, a reo Māori focused game to encourage whānau to learn and use Te Reo Māori. Kūruho shares his reo Māori journey while creating a resource for whānau to use, and the bravery it takes to overcome whakamā to do so. He also discusses the mechanics of games as a vehicle for learning.

As part of the Toi Tangata Kura Reo, this is our first publicly available recording.
